On the Twelfth Day of Christmas

Well, this isn't going to be a surprise to anybody. The final album of my twelve days of music is U2 -- How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb. This album is an example of what can happen when bands age gracefully. I only hope that all the youngsters on the list will learn from U2's wisdom for how to create a truly mature album:

Don't let your big egos break you up.

Ignore the fact that you betrayed your punk-rock roots by creating dance albums

Don't bother trying to do an entire album of blues covers (are you listening, Aerosmith?).
